Seminarians Explore Faith Through Art in Icon Workshop

In December, our Propaedeutic seminarians took part in an enriching icon workshop led by Nancy Ewing, with assistance from Helen Young. The seminarians painted an icon of Our Lady of Guadalupe in honor of her feast day, turning Library Classroom 1 into a dynamic space of faith, creativity, and reflection. Before beginning their work, Nancy and Helen opened each session with a prayer. As they painted, the men focused carefully on every detail of their icons, using the time to pray and deepen their spiritual and physical strength.
